As a MCC certified coach with 10 years coaching experience and over 3500 hours of both internal and external coaching, I will work with you either individually or as a group to help you achieve your accreditation.

ICF has strict guidelines when it comes to passing their written as well as coach recording specifications. Through mentor coaching, we will work together on best coaching practices to help you achieve your personal coaching certification.

Whether you are just starting or are an experienced coach, ICF mentor coaching is a requirement to achieve your level of certification.

WHAT IS MENTOR COACHING?

“Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.” ~ ICF

The Importance of an ICF Mentor Coach

A mentor coach is important for ICF certification because they provide guidance, support, and feedback to aspiring coaches in the process of becoming certified. They can help with understanding the ICF’s core competencies and ethical guidelines, as well as providing feedback on coaching sessions to help improve skills. Additionally, having a mentor coach can help increase the chances of success in the certification process and provide a valuable learning experience.

TIME

ICF requires all coaches to have 10 hours of mentor coaching prior to attaining their ACC, PCC, or MCC certifications

PROCESS

Eli Blair will offer you the opportunity to do both “live” and recorded coaching and will provide you with caring and constructive feedback to hit the necessary International Coaching Federation markers to get your certicication.

COST

The cost for mentor coaching can range between $1500-$1850 for the 10 hour program. There is a discount for payment in full or there is a 3-time payment option.
