• Throughout my career I have worked in many different types of industries including finance, tech, legal, marketing, creative, service, non-profit, medical and higher education.
• I am a former COO in the publishing industry and also the CEO of my own successful Marketing/Design company, Eli Blair Media, which was a top rated Yelp company for nearly 15 years.
• In 2011 I became a certified coach through the CoActive Training Institute
• I love the diversity in my business and sincerely enjoy 1:1 business leadership coaching, developing leadership training curriculum, facilitating small and large groups, career coaching.
• I have had extensive experience working in start-up and corporate environments, helping new emerging and seasoned leaders.
• For fun, I have been an aerobics instructor for over 20 years teaching Step, Spin, Body Conditioning and Mat Pilates. (Helping people physically)
• The love of my life is my little brown Boston Terrier, Trixie Lou.  She has one brown and one blue eye.
