About Eli

Eli Blair, MCC, CPCC, is an executive coach, leadership development strategist, and AI leadership expert with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change.

As an International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC), Eli has completed more than 5,000 hours of coaching and has coached senior executives and leaders across Fortune 200, FAANG, technology, financial services, healthcare, higher education, and other industries.

Eli’s experience includes serving as an internal executive coach, designing and facilitating enterprise leadership development programs, and helping organizations explore how artificial intelligence can enhance leadership, coaching, talent development, and the future of work. His work has included leaders and organizations such as Rocket Companies, Google, Amazon, YouTube, SAP, Workday, Ubisoft, Abbott, and UCSF.

Before becoming an executive coach, Eli served as both a COO and CEO, giving him firsthand experience with the opportunities and pressures leaders face. He also teaches leadership and team development at UC San Diego and brings an interactive, practical approach to leadership development and facilitation.

Eli holds a master’s degree from New York University and is an AWS Certified AI Practitioner. His professional certifications include the Leadership Circle Profile, Integrative9 Enneagram, DiSC, Be Well Lead Well, Shift Positive 360, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Outside of his professional work, Eli has spent more than 20 years teaching group fitness, including indoor cycling, Step, and Pilates. He lives in Palm Springs, California, with his Boston Terrier, Trixie.
