Stop Asking What AI Can Replace. Start Asking What Humans Must Keep.

AI isn’t just changing how we work—it’s forcing a choice most leaders aren’t explicitly making. Do we use AI to replace humans, or to elevate them? The research is getting clearer. Some data shows early signs of job displacement, especially in entry-level knowledge work.
