AS FOR ME….

Am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 4000 coaching and leadership training hours
Certified Coach / Facilitator with The Leadership Circle and DiSC leadership assessment programs
I have been in leadership roles since I was in my early twenties.
Throughout my career I have worked in many different types of industries including tech, service, non-profit, medical and higher education.
I am a former COO in the publishing industry and also the CEO of my own successful Marketing/Design company, Eli Blair Media, which was a top rated Yelp company for nearly 15 years.
In 2011 I became a certified coach through the CoActive Training Institute
I love the diversity in my business and sincerely enjoy 1:1 business coaching, developing leadership training curriculum, facilitating small and large groups, career coaching.
I have had extensive experience working in start-up and corporate environments, helping new emerging and seasoned leaders.
Helping people and teams grow excites me. It’s about communication, strategy and people.
For fun, I have been an aerobics instructor for over 20 years teaching Step, Spin, Body Conditioning and Mat Pilates. (Helping people physically)
The love of my life is my little brown Boston Terrier, Trixie Lou. She has one brown and one blue eye.
